Then, shift your weight onto your left foot and begin tapping your right foot on the floor. Continue tapping your right foot as you move it behind your left leg. Next, bring both feet together and then repeat the entire sequence on the other side. Remember to keep those knees bent and have fun!

This intermediate routine is a great way to get moving and improve your coordination. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent to get started. Place your right hand on your hip and raise your left arm to shoulder height. Then, shift your weight onto your right foot and begin tapping your left foot on the floor. As you tap, lift your left leg off the ground and kick it forward. Return to the starting position and repeat the sequence on the other side.

This is a fun way to get moving and improve coordination while adding in some turns. To start, stand with feet together and place both hands on hips. Raise one leg and begin tapping that foot on the floor as you turn clockwise. Continue tapping as you complete three full rotations then switch directions and repeat.

Start by again tapping your right foot on the floor as you raise your left leg to hip height and sweep your arms out to the side. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side. Then, add in a kick as you raise your left leg up, sweep your right arm down low, and then back up to shoulder height. Repeat this sequence eight times total then switch sides and repeat.”
